The Janitorial Staff is responsible for maintaining clean facilities throughout the property.

From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include:

• Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows, and walls daily.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms on an hourly basis.
• Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools and phones on an hourly basis.
• Maintain cleaning inventory, placing orders for new products when needed.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Clean up spills when required.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Notify supervisors of major repairs needed.
• Training other employees as needed.

Requirements

Qualified applicants will contribute the following:

Education

· High School Diploma or completion of GED preferred by not required.

Experience

. 1 years of commercial cleaning.

Specialized Knowledge

· Knowledge of safety guidelines when managing chemical cleaners. 

Skills / Abilities

· Excellent communication skills.

.Knowledge of various cleaning products and when to use them.

.Ability to clean and disinfect various surfaces.

. Ability to lift and move fifty pounds.

. Good organizational skills.

. Excellent time management skills.

. Ability to use basic cleaning equipment.
